PFK - Gatineau, Quebec

Compared to other KFCs, this is definitely one of the worst. The staff doesn't seem to care at all; the place is filthy and the chicken is often cooked in dirty oil, making it come out very dark and with a "burnt oil" taste. There were always chicken pieces missing ... in the buckets we bought. They often only accept cash as the debit/credit terminals are out of order. The washrooms are always disgusting, or out of order. The service is slow and they couldn't care less about customer complaints. Basically, this place is horrible. There aren't many KFCs in Gatineau but if you can, go to ANY other Kentucky. Read more

I have been there twice the staff could not give me a smile if their life depended upon it. The food is very bad and greasy and the place is dirty. I asked the front person for the price of the salad and I swear I was disturbing ... him and they are so slow. This place is a mess!!!! I gave it 3 chances now and it's not getting any better. Today took 30 min too tell me after the order was taken that they did not have a crunch to put in the crunch combo!! Every time I order there, every time they do mistakes. Message to the owner: Train you staff properly or fire that manager. St-hubert takeouts are managed by 16 years old girls and they makes barely any errors. They also manage 10 times more order than yours. alsooo. my order was 52$ ... with a 12 pieces bucket which btw was only including brown meat from skinny chickens? What a hole. Last time I went to this place was years ago. I figured, no power at home, no power for miles around except this place. I'll chance it. It was garbage. Not only was the order incorrect, but the food itself was inedible. Cold. We watched them prep it... literally 2 ... minutes went by from the time we took the tray, to opening up the food. Beggars belief as to how it got cold in that time... but it did. No tomatoes on anything we ordered. And no mention that the owner was too cheap to get them. This was the main issue when I went last time too. Do yourself a favor. Go to the Harvey's or the Burger King or the McDonalds that are spitting distance from this place.
