Waited 33 minutes for a $22 tip included cold poutine. Asked a few times if everything was ok... To finally learn that they had misplaced our order after all that time. Ok poutine even if it was cold but service was bad. Manager had no issue with the situation.

EXCELLENT poutine, a large was more than enough to feed two of us. Also worth noting the the BBQ sauce is gluten free. I expected it to be sweeter, but it's just like gravy with a BBQ sauce kick. The best poutine I have had in Canada so far. Was loaded with gravy and cheese curds. Their chocolate cake is also delicious 😋 not too sweet or bland. Reasonably priced menu and very good customer service. No doubt will be returning again ❤️

One of the best poutine's I've had in Gatineau. Amazing every time I come, the customer service is great, and they have seating area's outside. I might have to stop there anytime I'm on the QC Side. The club was delicious and so was the poutine and pop curds. My friend got chicken fingers and onion rings and those too were amazing. We ate there so the food was hot and fresh. I probably wouldn't ... take any of it to go, might get cold and soggy! Delicious! Read more
