Breakfast was HORRIBLE. We stayed 3 nights (Saturday, Sunday and Monday breakfast times). The pancakes were so dryed out and microwaved that it was impossible to cut after they served them on day 1, 2 and 3. The potatoes were the same potatoes that they served on Saturday because they ... too were dried out. By Monday morning the potatoes should not have been served. They had some kind of ham sliced up and dried out that the slices were curled. Impossible to cut and chew. Also some kind of nasty thin greyish sausage patty was also put out on day 2 but no one touched it. The coffee tastes like instant coffee. (We got our coffee at McDonalds close by.) Over all that had to be the WORST breakfast I have ever had in a Hotel over a 3 day stay. Hotel rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable and the pool was good. Make sure you place your hotel parking card on your car dash or you will get a parking ticket. Counting the Service Mark as a 0 because of the breakfast. Read more

Stayed at the hotel for a day in April 2024. It is located around 15 minutes distance (by cab) from Ottawa via rail station. It is a passable 3 star hotel, but a few things to improve. The receptionist on the day we checked in wasn't friendly at all. Our ... room had no drinking water and on checking with the reception, we were told that drinking water would cost extra. Poor in staff communication techniques using voice to text app for guests concerns. Had to repeat request 3 times over the phone and in person. Was told "it wasn't their problem". Very unacceptable troubleshooting skills for a 4 Star rated hotel. When staff member came they had really bad BO, ... smell lingered in room for a while. TV remote not reliable. Pool access in very strange, even though it is on ground level. Housekeeping very by late in the day 5pm. Decline for the rest of stay. Shady neighbourhood with boarded up abandoned houses. Hotel is dated, some touch ups done poorly. Close to history museum, not many dining options, decent breakfast could be made available earlier than 7 am. Read more

Comfortable 3 star hotel. The property is somewhat drab, and could use an update. The staff are nice and the breakfast is decent. I only had a cleaning service come to my room one day out of four. No idea why. A pain to get around from here. Not much ... in the area for food. Read more
