Great food if you can wait around. Definitely not "express"

I really want to like this place, but everytime I've been left disappointed and frustrated When the previous restaurant here was sold, you'd have thought they'd keep most of the menu and make changes over time, but that's not what happened here, the food is so different, I think people are ... having issue with not being able to get what they want, and with that the clientele has by and large disappeared. The few times I've given it a try, I've experienced under cooked beef, chicken and fries. A gravy that is like a boat, and barely anyone ever there. The cook is so friendly and treats her regulars well! ;) The price, $10 is worth it for a meal and a half worth of tasty, made from scratch food. I hope this little restaurant flourishes.
