Tim Hortons - Gatineau, Quebec

Not only Today I had Terrible service but for a while I have to wait long time . Staff having a great time chitchatting away don't care about customers satisfaction.no longer a returning customer.

I would give zero stars if I could. Waited a long time in line, the 7+ staff members were just chatting amongst themselves. There were 3+ customers in front of me already waiting to place an order when I arrived and no one greeted them or apologized for the wait. ... No orders were taken the whole time i was there, they seemed to be focused on drive through but orders were hardly going out there either. The wait for the drive through was at 4 mins and counting unfulfilled. Other customers in front of me left due to the long wait, eventually I gave up and left too. Employees seemed more concerned with their social time than any service. There was also a half made sandwich and some garbage on the order pick up counter that looked pretty unappetizing. Well, we can say that the morning shift from Monday to Friday are the best of the best in this Tim Hortons 👌 😀 kudos to yall. Now, the weekend kids* shift is brutal: missing items, no baked goods (croissant), and other. Always distracted talking and everything, not paying ... attention and charging you for items that you might not recieve in your sandwich or not give your paid sandwiche at all. Drive through coffee, man with the dreadlocks youre good at what you do keep doing what you doing. Always stiring the coffee to perfection. If you want baked goods on weekend i will say run away, especially when they miss items and charge you for it. Read more

It is a good branch, cleaner than other branches to be honest. The services and the food are good. Shouldn't compare to a luxurious dine-in. I would only prefer if it opens entirely earlier than 8:30 (not just for drive through before 8:30) Besides, this place will always be remembered as the ... first Tim Hortons I've ever entered, and the place where I submitted the majority of my CVs online to apply for a job as a newcomer. One of the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been too. Nothing is ever fresh. The only good thing that it has going for it is that it’s located in a busy area. Ordered a beef chipotle bowl and potato wedges for my baby and both were not edible. ... The wedges were over cooked and hard as a rock and my baby could not eat them.
