A&W - Gatineau, Quebec

Usually the place is pretty decent but this morning we went there at 5am for breakfast but were told that it would take 30min before they can cook any breakfast. 30min later we came back and were told that it would take another 10min so we just left. The prices are off the chart. 48.00 for 3 hamburgers? Are you kidding me? A & W used to be my favorite place. Now they lost a customer. I rated atmosphere 1 star because I used drive through.

Saturday morning 530AM and Andrew serving me inside was super friendly. Food was quick and hot from the kitchen and walked over by Andrew. I had originally given a 3 star months ago due to a poor interaction, but this employee helped make that change. Awesome 👌

Food was good. I ordered the chubby chicken burger. I felt it would come with lettuce / tomatoes and pickles but it didn't have any. Service was good and courteous but I had to go back a couple of times as they had forgotten the condiments and the fries. I ... ordered the Chipotle/ Mayo sauce and it came in a small quantity for .70 cents. Lol. The stores in the US offer condiments for free and in unlimited quantities. Pretty much just seeing what others have said so far about this location. The staff is very efficient and the service is stellar. Food is always warm and the order is always on point. Inside the restaurant is very clean so I can’t knock any stars from my final verdict. ... 100% I would recommend this location. Keep up the great work. Read more
