Usually A& W is good, but at this location the food is greasier than usual, extremely badly prepared, if you ask to customise a burger,as an example ask to not put ketchup on a sandwich or any extra, they will not fix their mistakes, and shrug it off as the ... customer is wrong, some employees have very poor personal hygiene, a cook with a beard that does not put a net on it, if you mention it to the cashier she does not care and does nothing about it, that was on the night shift, I used to enjoy A&W, but will not go back, ever, this exact location needs new staff and management, extremely bad experience!
