It should not take over 45 mins for 2 pizzas when there is not a single other person in the store, worst service I've ever experienced

I don’t usually post negative reviews unless it’s a repeat offender, but third order in a row that’s been botched. No donair (asked to have garlic switched to donair - third time this has happened), pizza not cut, the works apparently has donair meat now? Last couple of times I've been here they have had some incredibly uneven topping distribution. This is also one of the most expensive pizza places in the city, so with Pizza Pizza just down the street it is really hard to recommend. It's simply poor value for the price. (They used ... to have really good email coupons to even it out but don't anymore, so now it's just plain expensive.) Read more

I'll give two stars only because of the customer service experience we received when calling in about a pizza that was poorly made despite the requests provided. Thankfully we were given a few options to correct the order.

I know that these pizzas are really yummy but We Came yesterday with a coupon for a medium for 9.99 once I was paying, They told me coupon not good, expired one day before, and they charge me $17 for a medium cheese pizza !!!!
