Was served burnt cheese pizza and burnt deep dish pizza. I chose not to complain about the deep dish, but the cheese pizza was so burnt my son wouldn't touch it. Called in, they took my name and number. Go today to get the replacement to be told sorry!! We. dont ... see anything. If I ever go again I'll be sure to check before I leave. Visited this store yesterday 😫. The bathrooms were beyond disgusting. Not dirty from a rush hour just plain filthy. I dare say that it is the nastiest bathrooms and there is obviously no cause for concern on the staff part as I brought it to there attention and no one ... in the 30 minutes I was there even went to check. Did not have an issue with food however service is continuously terrible and very messy and dirty washroom and eating/waiting area. I like the pizza but stopped going to this location for those reasons.

Girl with glasses very rude and so is male who was working cash.. I called several times and they told me it’s too busy to answer the phone I looked around to nobody but one customer who ordered and one behind me.. he said well we just cleared it up.. I ... said okay so why aren’t you answering now as little did he know I was calling on my phone in line and watching them ignore it. They picked up while I was on the way and just hung it up. Absolutely filthy and vile. Dirtiest washrooms I have ever seen. Indescribably disgusting. The entire place was dirty. I ordered, paid and left before my food was ready. Everywhere I looked filth. Unbelievable. I would never have been able to eat the food.
