Another wrong order. Paid more & SPECIFIED NOT TO GET DRUMSTICK OR WING.. GUESS WHAT I GOT. Update.. I responded to you reply & email.. still waiting for the follow up?

I went to Mary brown ‘s chicken Fredericton with my kids. We had bad experiences with it and I order family Pack . my son find out one piece of chicken comes with black hair and chicken was too greasy staff reaction not satisfied. they try to change the piece of chicken ... and they ask reduce half of price .we refused that and I get my money back . my family try to spend the beautiful evening with mary brown ‘s it was so disgusting we will not come again very disappointed! The lady who is working in front has VERY POOR customer service! do not know how to apologize with their mistakes. When I ask her what happened to my order if they give it to someone else, she just turn and pretended to do something. I ordered 6pcs chicken (split 3reg ... and 3 honey bbq) chicken popins, cinnamon biscuits, gravy to have it delivered for additional cost of $5.99. I received 4 spicy chicken and poutine. I was not very happy about it! I called the store to let them know that I got a totally different order. The man I talked to on the phone said they will give me what I ordered and have it pick up because they can’t have it redelivery because I was their fault. Staff was super friendly, I usually go to Oromocto as it's closer but decided to visit this one since I was in town, I was surprised by the difference in quality and amount, the chicken was fine but the taters were very small pieces and not many at all, I ... paid over $18 for a 3 piece and was expecting more/better quality taters as I really do love Mary Brown's taters but didn't really get to enjoy them this time around. This always the best place for hand craft fried chicken for me, family, and friends. Today, I got the best experience here. The server was super nice and patient for us to order our food for the family dinner. We will come back again and again.
