Deluxe French Fries - Fredericton, New Brunswick

I would like to take this opportunity to say that I dined at Deluxe French Fries on Friday November 20th, 2015. This was truly one of the worst eating experiences. In an order of two meals, both had to be returned. When one asks for a HOT SANDWICH, gravy is one of ... the main ingredients and the word HOT should describe some part of the dinner. The gravy tasted as if it had been removed from a refrigerator and poured on the sandwich. The other order was a 2 piece snack and I paid extra to have white meat. The clerk indicated on the plate that is passed to the kitchen area ALL WHITE. When received it was two small thighs. This had to be taken back. The customer sitting in front waited for her side of gravy, and upon exiting commented to the clerk-"you may just donate my gravy, of which I paid- to the next customer." Another customer sitting in the back of the restaurant had to take their two orders back as they were NOT what was initially ordered. A customer came back in with her take-out order and said the peas were not on the hot sandwiches, and the meat in the hot chicken was cold.
