Food is very bland. Totally over-rated. Sorry, really wanted to like it but can't.

Ten Resto is a unique restaurant for Fredericton. I went there for the first time today, and it not only exceeded my expectations, but has become my favorite restaurant in Fredericton. I love the unique menu. Not only does it change frequently, but the items on it are creative and ... make use of a variety of foods. The chef is able to pair foods that I would never thought would go together. I had The Caffeinated Lamb, which is rubbed with espresso and served with a blueberry balsamic reduction. It was delicious! The lamb was cooked perfectly, and the pairing of the espresso and blueberry balsamic was excellent. The sorbet was also delicious. It tasted like apple pie. For any foodie that likes to be adventurous in the flavor department I highly recommend this restaurant! Read more

The food here is fantastic!!! The restaurant is never "full" because the owner limits the reservations and staggers them so that you never have to wait long for your dishes and it provides him some interaction time with guests.
