Monkeycakes - Fredericton, New Brunswick

I went there today (Jan 13th) and spoke with the staff and apparently they are no longer open and are in the process of selling off their equipment. I was told the lease wasn't renewed.

They made custom Mario cupcakes. They were made on time, Fresh and tasted great. Kids loved them. Excellent detail and quality. Also great vibe in the store 10/10 Thank you.

If I could give no stars I would...my husband has tried twice to order a speciality cake from this shop! Recently he was assured they could do it but one week before my birthday they called and told him they couldn't do it so he was left scrambling to ... find another bakery that could do it. Just had the most wonderful interaction with the owner. They were closing up to go to a birthday party of their own and opened the door to give us the last of their inventory so we had some goodies for the day. My husband got me some cupcakes for my birthday from them. The cupcakes are very tasty and they looked very cool. They did a great job making them. They are not dry like the ones you can get at the grocery stores. I would definitely be back to get more.
