The food was served nice and hot,but it had no flavor. The chow main tasted like corn starch. Not at all happy. The past several years the quality of the food here has gone downhill.
The service of the staff was professional but the quality of the food is truly what's important when it comes to dining. The options were limited. The raw shrimps went bad. The pineapple was sour. The onion rings and chicken balls were cold. The rice tasted re-heated The soups were age old. And then the smell of ... the conjoined pharmacy. Lord oh my. Look, the staff and owner was professional enough to address my complaints but I can't recommend anyone eat here until they have huge overhaul on their food services and selection, to prevent health hazards.. We were referred here after our first choice fell through (requiring reservations for a buffet?) and we had our hearts set on Asian buffet. For the most part, this place did not disappoint! Okay okay, all buffets have that one or two items that no one gets and it ... goes cold or dry. It happens. Overall I was pleasantly surprised. First sign it was a good time to be there — several cars parked outside! It was busy but not so much so that one needed a reservation or would have to wait! Second, the staff were friendly and excited we were there. Third, they had a good selection of entrees and desserts. The memorable dishes I had include the Hot & Sour soup - more on the sour side but pretty darn close to excellent! I had a full bowl! Next was recommended — Singapore Grilled Noodles. It had an spicy after-burn effect and has grilled shrimp! I also enjoyed the Shanghai Noodles with pork - a thicker noodle. They have chicken balls and sweet and sour pork too. At $17.95, great service, no waits, good choices and tasty dishes, I must thank that other place for being too busy! This is our Asian buffet place from now on. Read more
I wish I could give it a better review, but they refused to serve my party of four. The reason? They claimed to be short of food, due to bus loads of people who were allegedly scheduled to arrive. While this may, or may not have been the case, there ... were certainly plenty of tables available when we arrived. The decor was rather nice. The customer service was terrible. Read more
One important tip: look for a tourist coach! If you plan to go to Jubilee for a dinner buffet, see if there is one or two tourist coaches parked outside. The dinning room may be crowded and you may need to wait to be seated, but having a group of tourists in ... the restaurant means you are guaranteed to have a great dinner. There is a wide variety and continuous supply of food served hot and delicious. Read more
