Absolutely love this place, we always get it for work on night shifts. The only reason they’re getting 4 stars is they tend to forget a bag of the bean sprouts for the takeout orders, here and there. It’s happened a few times. However tonight all of our bean sprouts/lemon/thai ... basil was forgotten. We drive from out of town and don’t have time to drive back before they close. Met at Pho Hoan Pasteur in Fort Saskatchewan for lunch with an old friend. It was basically empty at 1130 so immediate seating. Service was fast friendly and efficient. Food was served in about five minutes and was excellent. Had the Five Colour Vermicelli. ... Highly recommend. By noon the restaurant was pretty much full (it was a Tuesday so maybe it gets very busy later in the week.) Good place for a quick business meeting. Read more

The restaurant itself is always clean and bright, and the staff is attentive and gives a care what the customer wants, jumping all over requests. Reasonably priced and always delicious. Bubble tea is authentic and delicious. The takeout is always hot and yummy. I like that they put the soup ... separate to obtain freshness. The staff is amazing and the food speaks for itself. I fell in-love with their rice dishes!! I’ve been to Vietnam and I can confidently say that their rice dishes are truly authentic. I absolutely love Pho Hoan Pasteur's spicy beef sate pho with peanuts. The flavours are so delicious and aromatic, with the perfect amount of spiciness. My wife enjoys grilled chicken and spring rolls with vermicelli and their peanut sauce as it is quite tasty as well. However, we both agree ... that it's not the best peanut sauce in town. The green onion cakes are also delicious and quite large. I'd like to try some of their other dishes, but every time we go, that spicy beef sate pho is what I end up ordering as it's just that damn good. Read more
