McDonald’s 24 Hours - Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta

The absolute worst service and so so slow. No organization whatsoever. We waited for 10 nuggets (wrong sauce), a coffee frappe and two double hamburgers took 20 minutes for it to be cold. It's a mess. They need new management and training.

Met two sweet older women working here. I didn't get their names but their smiles and kindness is contagious. Definitely recommend the location just for them, made me feel like I was at grandma's house. Thanks you two, sorry I didn't get your names.

This is our favorite location! Everytime we go everyone is so kind and polite. If they ever make a mistake, which isn't very often they have always corrected it with a refund and some extra something and apologies. Thanks for always providing such great customer service!

Pretty large setup with clean toilets and children’s play area. Food was okay, fresh and hot. Hot chocolate was bland and with no chocolate flavour. Service was fine, staff was active and helpful.

Over $13 for a Double Big Mac Meal with “Upsize” fries and this is what I get? Staff was friendly but doesn’t make up for ripping people off. Also I did check the bag and there were 3 fries in it which I added back in before taking this picture.
