Papa John’s - Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta

I have gone to papa johns fort location for many years. Even after I moved out of the fort I would go there instead of Sherwood park because they were pretty consistent. Problem is the last few times I went my pizzas were either very little toppings or missing some. ... But I gave one more chance. When I say few toppings I mean so few that I have torn apart my pizza to look for the toppings. I let it slide for a bit but after my last order for two large pizzas costing me 45 dollars plus came up short again I had to say something. I sent feedback when I got the email to send feedback. I then received an email to call a number to resolve the issue and a “free pizza” from the owner. I called the number three time. Left two separate messages on different days. Nothing. No call back no resolution. Then I got another feedback email from corporate on how I liked their resolution. I explained there was no resolution and that now I was going to write a review for the ignorance and inconvenience. I got a sausage and six cheese pizza. 8 slices. 6…… and I mean 6 tiny pieces of sausage. Not even enough for one tiny piece per slice. It was supposed to come with pepperoni as well which was also sparse. My daughter’s pizza was supposed to be a double bacon double Canadian bacon with the exact same issue of sparse toppings but at least hers had a couple pieces of meat per slice. For the cost this is unacceptable. Nobody likes being ripped off and 1 time is an accident but consistent last few is clearly intentional. If they didn’t do such a poor job with the “making things better” I would have just never gone back and left it alone. But to waste my time as well with my feedback and play me again. Might as well warn others as well.******update. To the response I got from corporate on here. I already stated I received an email. In this email it says they would “like to offer me a free pizza as I already said in this review” and to call directly for preferences. So I called the number which it asks me to call directly and nothing. Still nothing. I wasn’t given a free pizza voucher in the email or a free pizza. It said they would like to offer me one and to call directly about it. Anyway I’m done wasting my time. I’m clearly being trolled at this point. I will not post the email because it has their name and phone number on it as well. If you want to see the email you can contact me directly by phone or email and I will send it along with my call log proving I called the number 3 times and left two messages. So yes…. We used to love this location. It has gone so downhill it's pathetic. I ordered and paid for 3x ham on the pizza and each slice had around 2 to 3 sli erst as shown by the inside out piece posted. We just won't waste our money here ever ... again. I highly recommend eating elsewhere Read more

Got to give a shout out to papa johns for having the absolute best jalapeño poppers!!! They make them hand made from pizza dough and add fresh jalapeños - not fried from frozen and not fried at all - AMAZING - also addicted to their donair pizza with extra sauce - ... This papa johns never disappoints, every time we order for pickup it's pretty much ready before we even get in the car. Pizza is always amazing and hits the spot. Absolutely my go-to pizza place. Great customer service and staff are very kind and friendly!

If I could give 0 stars I would, I ordered a pizza 12/30/2021 and waited 2 hours for it to arrive. There was an error of communication on my behalf, and I gave them the wrong code to buzz in, but with a simple phone call it was resolved nice ... and simple. On the phone with the manager, he said he would deliver us hot pizza with a 50% off discount and as soon as it came time to pay we paid full price. The manager was ignorant and gaslighting his customers. Do not Recommend. Read more
