I took my partner here for her birthday recently. Everything about this place is spectacular. She loved it and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of everything from food to service. The one issue we encountered is that when I booked the reservation I stated that she has a ... severe allergy to apples and cherries. I mentioned this again to the server midway through the dinner. When they brought out a special birthday dessert it had a cherry on it as well as a cherry sauce and cherry ice cream. I mentioned to one younger attendant that this was not okay and he told me to eat it instead since it's only a little bit. This is not acceptable as she could have a reaction even from contact with me. The waiter came over to apologize as he forgot which is fine. But there was no offer to replace it with anything else. I would definitely return here as everything else was amazing, it was just a bit sad that her birthday dessert couldn't be enjoyed. Read more

This restaurant is a true 5 star. The service and food are well above anything I’ve experienced downtown Toronto. Bathrooms are spacious and very very clean. I love the towels they have on hand to dry your hands. Pasta is made in house and everything we had was so delicious. ... We will be returning for sure!! Read more

Have always known this restaurant to be here, but never actually went. Got convinced to go for a special occasion after seeing the “cheese wheel pasta” on social media, only to be disappointed that it wasn’t available that night!! Despite this minor disappointment, they still made it a special night ... with a lovely atmosphere, personalized and attentive service, and great food. We’ll have to go again to try the “cheese wheel pasta” thing, but I’m going to have to call in advance next time to make sure it’s being served that night. Read more
