A group of kids threw a bottle and hit me on the head while me and my girlfriend were at the make up section and I reported it to the lady that was working that area. All she could tell me was " I didn't see anything". I'm not asking ... you if you sew anything, I'm TELLING you that an incident happened. Then I went and reported the incident to the customer help desk and asked for the security, it took them 15 minutes to get back to me. Finally another employee called the security on the phone and I waited another 5 minutes, just for a guy to come and say that he can't show me the footage to see who the perpetrator was. I told him I need to know what the kid looked like and I want that group of kids dealt with, then he says "I will look at the footage I will be back in 5 minutes." Security and staff in this Walmart is very incompetent. They handled this situation very unprofessionally, hopefully management will do something about this. Read more
