Crosswinds Bar & Grill - Etobicoke, Ontario

Prices are what you’d expect for an upscale hotel bar. Service is friendly and inviting. Definitely a classier bar.

I dined at the Crosswinds Bar and Grill several times during my week-long stay at the Westin. First and foremost, the staff is so nice, friendly, and helpful. I ordered the curry shrimp and vegetables and it was delicious - I loved that the shrimp was tender and full of ... flavor. The drinks were strong which is how I like them! My friend and I loved dining and drinking here, especially since it was right downstairs. It was a great alternative when we didn’t feel like going out to eat after venturing around the city all day. Can’t explain how happy we were with their service, best example of them loving their job. Food was delicious 🤤 definitely coming back 💯 recommend.

It wasn't busy, and service was fast and friendly. However, if you order the Steak Fritt, beware! Do you know what "Cali Cut" means? In reality, it means HALF! I thought I ordered a Strip Loin with Fries, but ended up with a teeny, weenie piece of ... steak! I questioned this with Management, and they threw the waitress under the bus. Said I should have been informed that it was only 6 oz (not sure it was even that!). I've beem a server, and was NEVER instructed to downplay / defend the menu.
