Avenue Cafe & Bistro - Etobicoke, Ontario

The food is delicious and service was friendly. A very nice casual place to meet a friend or work on your computer. The parking is usually very busy, however.

We came across this cafe while coming back to Etobicoke from the downtown through Gardiner and wanted to stop by to try some new cafe instead of the regular ones. The place is good - a bit high end as we realized. We went for a coffee and a hot chocolate ... (if I remember correctly) and they were great. We also ordered a vegetarian wrap with cut fruits which was good. Finally, we went for a mango based dessert which was good. The service was fairly quick and the staff was friendly. Love coming to this place. Always so clean, love the classical music during the day, and the staff are so friendly. Food here is great, and they present their drinks so nicely. Great coffee spot, and good food!

Update: Now carrying gluten free!! So delicious! -- Great place to hangout and do work! I will give this place a 5th when they start offering a gluten free bread option!

Nice interior, good variety of food and sandwiches for lunch or a quick dinner. The service is super slow it took way too long to get a sandwich out. The avocado in my sandwich was fresh and the salad was great.
