Server was nice enough, the spot itself was okay, but the food was not up to par at all. I took my parents here and ordered a steak Au jus sandwich, as well as a chicken sandwich. Well, they delivered the my parents steak sandwich Au Jus.... Without the ... au jus (gravy basically if you are unfamiliar), and the chicken on my sandwich was very thin and didn't even take up half the bun. Incredibly disappointing. Now, we did tell them, and they brought the au jus, and they did get me more chicken after I mentioned it (which took 15 minutes, and arrived as my parents finished theirs), but when I asked them WHY it was so small in the first place, they said "they were trying new recipes". This sandwich was not cheap, I forget exactly how much, but well over $15 (closer to $20, or even more if I'm not mistaken). Spending that much on a lunch sandwich, and getting FAR less meat than you would get on Junior chicken from McDonald's is wildly disappointing, and while I don't usually complain, i do feel like "trying new recipes" in this instance means "finding new ways to save money at the expense of our quality and customer's experience". Not sure I would be willing to give this spot another chance Read more
