Tim Hortons - Etobicoke, Ontario

Ive only ordered through delivery apps a few times but everytime I order, night or day the baked goods always taste freshly made! Very consistent service.

This is the worst Tim Horton on the planet. The staff are the rudest people and dont deserve the pleasure of serving anyone. They are slow and rude , and then they rush you and your food to satisfy their delay, especially in the drive-thru. When ordering, they ... annoyingly keep saying "is that it" after each item you order; not as a confirmation but as a rush tactic. When I visited this terrible Tim Horton; after rushing my order, I forgot an item; I thought it be a no-brainer to inform the lady at the window; to my surprise she told me " no you can add something now, it's to late there's no time". So they lost a sale of 3 sandwiches and three drinks and also a waste of food which was prepared and waiting to be paid for due to rude and terrible service. Read more

Don't fill out the any complaints on their website. First off it's a bot 2nd off they end up sending your name phone number and time of purchase to the manager of the Tim Hortons. It's a facade and borderline violation of my privacy

Im not sure whos training these workers, My husband was placing an order through drive thru, and he wanted to change his drink instead of a coffee he wanted an ice coffee, She RUDELY said, "No To Bad I already Made It". Excuse ... me so now I have to pay for what you want to make already yet i wasnt done placing my order, and you want to be mouthy and rude. Worker on the window refused to give me her name who was using the headphone 'mic, until my husband said I will Speak with the manager on Monday Morning she then told us her name using the headphone.
