It is with great pleasure and admiration that I write this review for Saigon Taste. Here, one experiences a truly divine culinary journey, where each dish transports the senses to the heart of Vietnam. I ordered the the number 26, and let me say it did NOT disappoint. The plate was ... lush with food and so worth the price. I am truly in awe and still thinking about the next time I sit down at Saigon Taste. The service is exemplary, with the waitress (who I found out owned the place) treat each guest like royalty. Their knowledge and passion for the cuisine are evident, ensuring that everyone leaves with both heart and belly full. Saigon Taste is a precious gem, deserving of the highest praise. Some of the best Vietnamese food I've ever eaten in my life hands down. From the atmosphere do the decorations for the service everything was a 10 out of a 10 including the food as well. This little boutique is such a hidden gem. The Bun Bo Hue was absolutely delicious and reminded me of the flavors I experienced in Vietnam. The juicy beef truly makes it stand out from other Vietnamese restaurants. The atmosphere and service were absolutely wonderful.

The servers are friendly and the food is delicious. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for some good Vietnamese food. I had the Saigon rice meal. It came with pork and chicken. I liked the chicken but found the pork was on the dry side. Also had the ... deep fried shrimp which came with a tangy sauce and this was my favorite dish I had here.
