Mini Mango - Edmonton, Alberta

I drove 20 minutes to try this place. My wife and I each had a 2 colour bowl with grilled chicken and pork spring rolls on rice. I added shredded mango to mine. The portion was just right, and it was delicious. For dessert, we wanted to try the creme ... brulee, but they were out, so we got the banana and jackfruit spring rolls. These are amazing as well. Bun Bo hue was very inauthentic. The broth was way too salty, bc they made it not from actual bone broth but a lot of seasoning and msg. Also lacked many of the key ingredients. Not good. Amazing food. Amazing service. The only reason we ended up here is because we first went to Teriyaki Corner a few doors down and were literally ignored for nearly ten minutes before we walked out... Best thing we could have done. Mini Mango was amazing! Keep it up. We will ... be back. Read more

I got delivery from Mini Mango a while ago and was disappointed that the food was a bit cold by the time it arrived. Some of the food may be much better with a dine-in experience. In terms of food, I tried their Five-Colour Bowl (Beef, Chicken, Pork, Tofu, ... Prawn) with Coconut rice. Everything tasted fairly nice given that it was cold, but I find it slightly hard to justify the price given the portion…so I’d give it 7/10 Read more

The food was delicious and fresh, and the service was friendly and attentive. I especially loved the mango salad and the pad thai, which had a perfect balance of sweet, sour, spicy, and savory flavors. The mango salad was crunchy and refreshing. Highly recommend! 👌🏼 The only thing that could be better ... was the pho, which was a bit bland and watery for my taste. I wish it had more herbs and spices to give it some depth and aroma.
