This past experience that I had with davids tea in west edmonton mall was nothing short of exceptional customer service. Tommy was kind, knowledgeable, and patient. I walked in to a customerless store thinking to purchase $40.00 worth or Herbal Tea- The clerk was happy enough until I informed her I wished to pay with Cash (Legal Canadian Tender)- the mood turned quickly with her telling me I had to pay with credit/debit card- I told ... her I didn't have either on me- just cash, so I wouldn't be able to buy the Tea- She replied "Well That's Your Choice"- She didn't care at all.
