The location they had in the Hamptons was better, last time I went was a few years ago. Was wanting pulled brisket sandwich today went to this location and the sandwich was not as I remembered and definitely not as filling. The other location I could eat ... half and then the other half would be a force because it was so good but I was getting full good bang for buck then and you got fries with was well. Was a new employee hired on 15th of May.. as I worked there meat was definitely not 1/2 feet off the ground like AHS states they would put the meat in inserts and leave them on the ground in the dish area! (But there’s no cameras back there so it ... “doesn’t matter”).. on top of that I accidentally dropped 2 loafs of white bread and was told to “use it anyways” they like to save as much money as they can even if it means your food was on the ground.. and on top of that they even made me take off the stickers on the soups and put a new date on.. the sticker was for the 11th of may and on the 17th they told me to peel the stickers off and put may 17th on them.. so they’re definitely not fresh.. gonna sit there for another 5 days on top of the 6 days it was already sitting there..I wasn’t trained properly or even told the proper rules and regulations.. so when I asked my manager “can I use my phone so I can ask what kind of sausage my family wants me to bring home” and they responded with “yes” I assumed that means I was ok for the 1 minute.. after the 1 minute on my phone I put it away like asked.. after the manager louis approached me very angrily and said “you know about the policy” and I responded with “I know there are no phones on floor but I did ask for permission” and “I didn’t know about the policy where we couldn’t have put phones on us or in a pocket” until AFTER he approached me and he responded very rudely and angrily with “we pay you” “I don’t think you respect me” when I was very apologetic and just trying to explain I was never told the policy.. but now I’m fired! I didn’t even get a warning! And the staff that trained me told me that the manager Louis has anger issues and has always acted towards staff and customers.. how are you gonna have MANAGERS that go on their phones after you leave while on the floor? Or MANAGERS that tell new staff here’s where you can and can’t go on your job phone because there’s no cameras there anyways.. crooked company who just wants rich peoples money they don’t care how they get it who they have to fire or who they have to hire! Sandwiches have greatly shrunk in size over the last couple of years. Service has gotten worse - took 15 mins for $14 sandwich today with 2 workers giggling while they made it. Likely won’t return again.

Went to pick up one of their too good to go food packages, exceptional value provided. Had one of their Shepard’s pies and it was excellent! It would easily feed four people and definitely didn’t skimp on the meat. Highly recommended!

I have visited this location just once and had a positive experience. I was asked about food allergies without prompting such which was considerate. After reading some other reviews, perhaps efforts have been made to improve previous shortcomings? I purchased the Salmon Mulligatawny soup which I found to be exceptional.
