Great location with a wide variety of food and seating. I tried the Chia Coconut Parfait. Nice cinammon flavor. The Chicken, goat cheese and mandarin salad box. The salad was good but could have used some more goat cheese.

What a cute little lunch spot! Kind of like Safeway's or Save-on's hot food, you can order hot roast beef, turkey breast, chicken a few different ways, salmon, mashed potato scoops, Brussels sprouts, and much more by the pound for hot lunch. There's a salad bar as well where you pay ... by the pound. You can also grab & go some hot lunches like curry, baked pasta, etc. They have a pizza counter where they will serve you fresh pizza. There's also containers of various kitchen staples like fresh breads and pastries, fresh strawberries, apples and bananas, snack bars, etc. This is a cute little bistro-styls restaurant for a hot lunch. This place has the BEST carrot cake I have ever tasted. Always fresh, not too sweet and so very tasty. Totally recommend for birthdays and any special occasion 🤗🤗

Great experience. Great location. Great food. I like the ambiance as it feels like an outdoor market. You can get full meals to takeout, salads and sandwiches, coffee and a great bakery and everything in between. I’ve come here many times over the years and have always ... enjoyed the food and service. You might think prices are somewhat high but the quality of food and portions overcomes that. I love the pizzas and my favourite item is in the bakery, the caramel Square. I definitely recommend this place and will come back again. Read more
