Pizza Hut - Edmonton, Alberta

My 2 experience from this location have soured me returning. My first experience was I ordered 2 pizzas, one modified. When delivered one was not even pizza ordered. My second experience the app had an issue and my account (charged). Automatic email said “oops something went wrong. If ... charged you should be refunded in 3 working days”. It has now been over 4. No refund. I visited location on order date. The manager assured me it was a glitch and to email them details and it would be resolved. No response to my initial email. Filed customer service concern on website. No response. Only once posted to social media was I DM’d that payment are franchise handled. Follow up. I finally heard from the location. They were able to provide me with confirmation that refund has been started. I am grateful they did reach out. They were professional and apologetic. Sometimes errors occur. This is a fact of life. Replying to those concerns in a timely fashion is imperative for any business. They have addressed my concerns and resolved issues. I will order again. Read more

I was just delivered my order and all 6 of my mozzarella sticks had zero cheese in it. How is that possible. I could tell right away when I lifted one that something was off. I was craving these and now I am disappointed.

I really recommend ordering from this location as I always get delicious food with great quality. Also, i really like the atmosphere of this restaurant as staff is very professional and friendly. Quick service. I love their fast delivery services.

The quality of the food is very poor. Extremely cheap with toppings and cheese for the amount of money you pay. Last two visits have been disappointing especially with the thin and crispy. Once they gave me a pizza that was extremely burnt (black) so it was a good thing I ... opened it and saw before leaving so that I could get a new one. It was awful that they thought it was ok to give that to a paying customer. Constantly having problems at this location and won’t be returning. No complaints about the pizza or their deals but the Cinnabon treat is sure not what the ads look like. I don't think they have them thawed and actually proofed for them to rise. We have ordered and tried it now 3 different times but there has been no improvement in ... the quality. Go for the chocolate chip cookie pizza. Read more
