The worst papa john i have seen in my lyf they dont knw how to talk and so rude wht they will gona give to customer so poor food

Attempted to order online. Ten minutes later I received an email stating my order did not go through and that I would need to call them directly. Called them and was told they were having issues with their online ordering. I asked if they were able to fulfil my order ... now over the phone? He said he would need me to reorder. So I did that and also provided the discount code that was accepted online. He stated they could not honour the discount as it was not an online order. I said I tried to order online but your system wouldn’t accept it. He said sorry no. Five hungry people waiting so as much as I wanted to hang up I decided to give it a go. Pizza came surprisingly quick thankfully. Pizza was good, kids loved the bread sticks, wings were a fail, baked like BP’s. Doubt we will ever order again. Not so much the food, more the service. Ordered food for the staff for Christmas party and the staff loved the pizza. Got a great deal for the pizzas, never had Papa john's before but definitely will be coming back. The employee and everybody at store were so friendly and helpful.

I order chicken wings and large pizza very disappointing, first it took so long to get delivery then in the instructions I specifically say do not ring the bell and that’s the first thing the delivery guy did. And then to my surprise my chicken wings were not even cook ... all the way or crispy at all they were all pale and white and the sauce wasn’t even distributed right.
