Papa John’s Pizza - Edmonton, Alberta

We had a work lunch for about 25 people. Pizza arrived hot and correct. Tasted very good!!

Pizza was ok but the lady who took my order was so rude. Didn’t even let me complete a sentence. Kept saying we don’t add chilli flakes for anyone even i was willing to pay. I could not even complete my sentence. Never going thr again

Can’t comment on service or atmosphere. My son is a regular here. I asked for garlic breadsticks. Half cooked, grease dripping off them and the sauce is terrible. I’ll go back to Pizza 73 🙄

Staff has too much attitude for customers, No greetings nothing. Eve after tip the employee serving has his own tantrums. Good Luck with customer service.

EDIT: I apologize, I wasn't aware that the papa bowl came with no pasta. That's a stupid menu item, but it's not the fault of this location specifically. Regardless, the box came soggy and it was very underwhelming for a $13 item. I ordered a chicken alfredo pasta bowl, and when I ... got it delivered, there was not a single pasta noodle. I only got toppings in a tray. Also, the quality seal was not taped on right at all, and the box was super greasy. So I paid $13 to get a greasy box of cheese, vegetables and oil. Read more
