Little Caesars Pizza - Edmonton, Alberta

This is the second time in a row they've messed up on a single pepperoni pizza order. This time, whoever is working on Sunday May 19th, 2024 slapped some sauce on my pizza and tried to hand it back. When I asked if it was a new pizza, he said ... yes (even though I just watched him with the same pizza the whole time). When asked for a refund, he tried to tell me this was what i ordered. I been here three times in the last ten days. Around noon each time. The supposed pizza, that should be "hot and ready" between 11am to 4 or 5 pm. Was not available... Which questions "hot and ready"???? No not ready at all....

Zero quality, zero service, zero personality gets zero respect. I'd give a zero stars if I could. Teach your staff how to interact with humans. This place was awesome back in the day when Elaine was running it. You should shut your doors it's over for you. Do you even ... taste your dough? Do you even care? Don't tell me this is a one off or it happens here and there, it's every time. Anyone leaving a good review is a fake review. The new norm is to serve garbage. Hot and ready is absolutely apauling and not worth the box it came in. The stuffed cheese bread is always burned and has the wrong parm to butter ratio 9 out of 10 times. A couple of times it even had none. This will be my last visit after coming here since 1997. RIP little Caezars Callingwood. The Ilitch Family would be disturbed by this franchise. Be better. Worst experience at Little Caesars ever! Maybe it’s just this location. I ordered a deep dish pizza and some wings. Both were burnt. I tried to eat them thinking maybe it’s only burnt on the exterior. But they all tasted burnt throughout. Called the location but they didn’t offer me a ... return or anything. I am placing an order online thru Littlecaesars.ca site and it gave me this address of 6655 178TH STREET, EDMONTON, AB, T5T 4J5 for pick up. I placed my orders which are large classic pepperoni($10.99), large hawaiian($13.99), buffalo wings($8.99) and crazy bread combo($4.99) plus tax in total is $40.91. Was ... gonna check out but didn’t want to provide too much information online, so I decided to call the store and place the same exact order. The lady told me its about $42, i told her I just repeated my order online yet you are charging me more directly, in responses she said “we are updating our system”. In store, I paid for $42.48. The lady said she adjusted it. For me as a consumer, it should be accurate and should be of the same value because I am using direct ordering not a third party app/website (eg. skipthedishes/ubereats). This should be sorted out and this is frustrating since i grew up eating little ceasars. Read more
