Little Caesars Pizza - Edmonton, Alberta

I called and asked them to make my pizza and crazy bread, a medium stuffed crust pepperoni. The cheese in the crust was old and hard! The crazy bread was old and sour tasted like feet and it was under the warmer so long the crazy bread was rubber and ... the cheese was dissolved. I called to ask why they didn’t make it properly and they insisted it was fresh. I’ve been to little caesars in weber greens and never had the same issue. So I know what good little caesars is. Can’t believe the audacity of the staff, and for them to continue and tell me it’s fresh?? The pepperoni was hard, the cheese was dry and hard! Will not go back! This location needs new staff! Called to order a barbeque chicken pizza and the girl says. We don't make that pizza??? I was looking at their website for the Booniedoon Mall location. I don't do many reviews But after reading some of the other reviews I have to agree with a lot of the negative ... reviews as pertaining to customer service and availability of a variety of the so called"hot and ready" and yes the quality of the said pizzas. Poor at best . But calling for a pick-up order and being told don't make that pizza and then being told what hot and readies were available. Well I haven't been able to have a Little Caesar's pizza in almost 2 yrs now From that location. 😑 Read more

Always fast and cheap. My son loves the BBQ chicken wings here and the pretzel crust pizza is really good for only $6. You can't find a pizza that cheap anywhere even most grocery stores.

Food poisoning waiting to happen. Went in for 5pm, should have been busier but wasn't. Ordered a small Pepperoni Pizza and Cheese Bread. Pizza had been in the warmer oven long enough that we could have played Frisbee with it, and the Cheese Bread had been under the heat lamp ... long enough to cause the bread to absorb back all the grease and leave rubbery cheese. It takes between 3-10 minutes to cook a pizza fresh in a pizza oven, depending on how well maintained. I would rather wait for fresh food than be given quick garbage. I come here often. I like to get the pepperoni stuffed crazy bread. I call before I go so that it is ready and in the warmer when I get there. Often times if it hasn't been in the warmer for a few minutes, the cheese will not be ... melted enough. Stay away from the hot and ready pizzas- call 15mins before you go and have them make it fresh. The veggie pizza is good and also love the pepperoni deep dish- stuffed crust if they got it. Had the crazy bread crust pepperoni once - was not my favourite. Read more
