Fantastic time at the Winters Pub celebrating my cousin Allison 50th Birthday. The waitress we had was awesome always on time tonrepliniah our drinks, never had to go to the counter to get service. The price of drinks were sweet & food was great. I'll definately be back again!! 😁😊

The Winter burger was the best burger (scratch made patty) that I have had in a long time and the onion rings were excellent, too. My wife had the chicken burger and it had juicy chicken breasts, not some formed imitation chicken. A bit of a dive bar/restaurant thing happening, but don't ... let it scare you off. What they dont spend on decor, they obviously spend on delicious food and employing a great cook. The server was very sociable and attentive in spite of being slammed with a very busy lunch hour and being the sole server on duty. We will definitely be returning to sample the rest of the menu. I live in West view village and come to winters frequently. its a great bar although some minor set backs i figure i would mention. Although the food is good, I find the drinks to be a bit watered down. Love the place although the bar tender Rachel can ... be extremely unprofessional as she tends to drink heavily during her shifts. For some time now, I have seen her in multiple states of drunkenness as she is running the bar... such behavior questionable and unprofessional. Read more

This experience was rather wonderful! James is THE ABSOLUTE BEST chef by far at winters. The nachos we ordered were THE BEST nachos I've ever had in my life! Other than that the service is always good, friendly positive staff, it's always a joy to see everyone. Has a family atmosphere, ... they do their best to make everyone feel welcome and cared for. Prices (mainly food) are rather expensive and the food is kind of a "hit or miss" really depends who is working the kitchen at the time. I've had stale chips before, burnt fries, or just an overly wrong order. However, they usually compensate for that. They definitely need new pool ques, this I do realize is due to drunk _______(insert bad word there) that have no respect or consideration. However, if you ensured the I.d & $5 a que rule, it may save them. The mushroom swiss burger and poutine Sarah made was absolutely wonderful! It melted in my mouth! Absolutely would get it again! Trevor as always was a wonderful host. Only come here when I'm craving something. Love it. Recommend to all my family and friends!!
