Very serviceable northern chinese cuisine! Hand pulled noodles and dumplings tasted freshly made, great taste & texture. Lamb skewers were tasty, though a bit dry. Surprisingly, their cold noodle is $4 and they gave us a loooot😧😧😧 The noodle was smooth and so tasty. I looove spicy food so it was not enough spice for me,but it was really good. Came for dinner and both the food and service was top notch. I've been dreaming about the hand pulled noodles in braised beef soup since we left. Favorite place for Northern China cuisine . Love the xiaochao paomo (lamb) and the Big plate chicken with the large hand pulled noodles. So tasty! Chive dumpling very nice too.
