Came to PrimeTime for the first time to get some donairs, my son hasn’t stopped talking about it sense it was so good. The service was good and the atmosphere was ok. Unfortunately, I have to review this place with little stars this visit. I generally go to primetime Donairs for donairs and poutine all the time. This visit I had to actually ask the Girl to change her gloves before making my poutine she was touching the cash register, touching money, ... then proceeded to touch the door knob to exit the kitchen to go to the cooler and grab a soda for a Skip order. And she was about to make my poutine and hadn't even changed her gloves. I kindly asked her to change her gloves. She did apologize And had no problem changing her gloves. What disturbed me is if I hadn't have told her she wouldn't have done so. After touching the dirty money, the cash register and all the surfaces I was quite appalled. I was picking up food for my elderly grandmother and would hate for her to have gotten sick. Just something to caution and be more mindful when serving food How important it is to switch your gloves when using the cash register and then preparing food. Read more

This location is good. The food is good but it could be a bit cleaner. The place looks run down and there are a lot of grease marks on the wall and ceiling. There was 4 guys working and the guy who put clean gloves on to make my food ... also attended to their take out screen without taking thr gloves off then went ahead to touch food again. So maybe some food handling safety would be a good idea. Read more

I have been coming here since it first opened. I love the prime time donair flavors and added grilled veggies. The prime time donair poutine is definitely worth a try.
