Basha Donair & Shawarma - Edmonton, Alberta

This used to be my go to shawarma place but the quality has gone down. The ingredients haven't been as fresh as they used to be and they seem to be giving less veg than before. The lettuce, tomatoes always seem to be a bit old now.

We ordered the big bite donair and it has to be smallest donair I have ever purchased in my life first time and last time I will ever eat here also no sauce on our donairs ridiculous

Basha Donair offers fantastic food, with a unique sauce and delicious flavors that hit the spot. However, the experience was slightly marred by the staff's demeanor. My order was prepared quickly, taking just 5 minutes, which was great. However, upon trying to eat our meal in the shop, we were ... told we couldn't stay since we ordered shortly before closing time (15 mins). Despite assuring the staff that we would leave promptly, they seemed more focused on cleaning up and closing rather than accommodating us. It took several attempts to convince them to let us stay and eat, and the responses were less than professional. While the food was excellent, the customer service could benefit from some improvement. Read more
