Great food, great atmosphere, and great service! Parking can be a little tricky if downtown is busy, but it's worth putting the effort to go here! The menu can be a little pricey in regards to the actual portions, but the quality is definitely there. Our group went on Saturday night ... at around 7:30 pm and we were the only ones in the restaurant which was nice. Our group mostly ordered different menu items and all of what we ordered, everything was good in terms of flavour. The main dishes and the sides that came with were all great. Best Korean restaurant ever! Food was very tasty, service was excellent and has a great atmosphere. Definitely going back.

Went for the first time today - Food was great! Service was prompt and extremely friendly. Nice quaint and simple decoration with music that didn’t blare so that I couldn’t hear my lunch dates. Prices were fair - I mean Edmonton restaurants are pricier than even Vancouver. Ordered the lunch sized ... dongasu and it was a fairly large portion. My son was very happy. I ordered my usual korean spicy tofu stew. Also a larger size and surprised me with a very familiar flavour that I have been searching for since we moved to Edmonton. (Grew up in a part of Toronto which was very Korean influenced). So having finally found a place that reminds us of home. Has good portions and great tasting options. We will definitely be returning. The best kimchi jjigae in town! Soy & Pepper is a must you wanna try if you love Korean food. The staff is very nice, so is the interior of the restaurant, very relaxing, and the food is just authentically delicious.
