This is my favourite restaurant to get sushi and bubble tea takeout from a single place: tasty items, reasonable pickup time, friendly service. I have a lot of options as a non-fish eater. My family deems the sushi to be good quality.

Never got service so I can't actually say if the food was a one star or not. I can say that the service is absolute garbage. We walked in. The person behind the counter ignored us for several minutes. Sure she was on the phone, but some kind of an ... acknowledgement would have been nice. We finally grabbed a couple menus and sat at the table. Assuming she would come over after the phone call. Nope! She then started blending something then doing something else. Approx. 10 minutes went by with no acknowledgement of our existence. So we left. And so glad we did because right next door is Mini Mango. A place with amazing food and great service. Read more

Went here couple of days ago for lunch and was craving sushi that’s just around the area during my lunch break. It was a good time to come as it wasn’t too busy after 1 PM. The staff was decent, the service was fast, they also gave the food to ... you where you are seated when you are dining in (that was nice), and the food was yummy. I ordered a sashimi bento box with a side of miso soup and was full right after. It’s not the first time I’ve eaten here and once in awhile I do crave a good sashimi or sushi with rice other than Edo but not beyond a Mikado. A mid of between and that’s nice to have. Read more

I was in the southside and decided to try the nearest Japanese restaurant which ended up being this place. Its kinda Fast foody for a Japanese restaurant. A little bit more than a Edo but not your traditional Japanese place. That being said the food was nice for what it was, ... don't go in expecting a real restaurant, its Japanese quick service food. I ordered a combo and some gyoza, the gyoza were nice as was the Miso soup. The combo had tempura, spring rolls, 2 pieces of low end sushi, some chicken on rice and Kimchi. The tempura was tasty as were the spring rolls, the chicken was pretty good and the sushi, well look at the pictures, you know what that tasted like. Read more
