First time to Ikki Sake Bar. The food is delicious and special. Clean environment and . Highly recommended if you want to go out for a few shots of drink and delicious meal.
Small sake bar with a chill vibe. Has some really good tasting sake cocktails and appetizers, such as Spam fries (better than it sounds, trust me). The sake bombs are a fun thing to do with friends and quite tasty and reasonably priced (you get 2 for the price on ... the menu). Read more
Ikki is a great little sake bar. They've just opened back up after some renovations and they've got a brand new menu. This would be a great spot to hit after partying down the ave. Our favourite was the Ebi shrimp cocktail and the Choco shots. The Choco comes with two ... green tea slices of cheesecake with choco sauce. Dessert shots and cheesecake?! What's not to like. Came here craving some Japanese food. When we first came in the place looked somewhat cool. It’s a small place! There’s only one table in the back that can seat eight at most. The seating along the walls, the tables were too small for me so I’ve decided to move ... to the bar, which was better. The service was good but we were the only ones in the place, I was wondering why. The drinks were good. The happy hour menu was not so happy. There’s a catch, you have to buy a drink so technically you’ll start saving when you order more. The food was mediocre, was not impressed. The bill end up costing a little more than I thought. I just went to Dorinku the other day, spent less, and had a better experience there! Read more
Very interesting izakaya! The interior is narrow like in Tokyo, and the lights are dim. I really like the atmosphere of the place as it does remind me of Japan! The food is quite delicious, and the same as well can be enjoyed in a very fun way - you ... can take shots of the sake by doing a sake bomb (hitting the table to make the sake glass fall into another glass from the top of chopsticks)! My only wish is that I wish there was a wider variety of menu items. Read more
