The owner of this place is super nice, and that's the only reason for the two stars. I have to write this review for its poor hygienic condition and food quality. I had no idea why sausages could have such a strong smell and I had to spit them out ... before the smell spread in my mouth. I understand that the owner wanted to serve his customer as quick as possible, so he made some dishes wrapped and ready to serve. But I really don't mind to wait a bit longer if he could prepare the food from fresh materials and even with a slightly higher price. I have passed this little place many times in HUB and I really like the owner who was always talking to all kinds of people around the place, but if you can see this review please take it more seriously. 2 stars only because the staff were extremely nice and patient. Unfortunately, the food was not good at all. I got the Italian sausage panini, and the sausage tasted the way my shoes smell after cardio. Same texture as those shoes too I imagine, but as dry as the Sahara desert.

Edit August 2020: Idk if the prices still hold true. Stay strong bros Original:STUDENTS! This place sells Italian sandwiches starting from 4.50 for a ham and cheese panini to around 7 bucks for something more premium. They take debit now, so don't worry about cash. BEST PLACE ON CAMPUS. The bread and cookies are the best I've ever had... the texture is PERFECT every time. The cookies are not too sweet, you can taste the homemade baking. Just had the breakfast Panini for $3.50, meanwhile a snack Wetzel's is upwards of $6.

Excellent and affordable food for students. The staff is super friendly and sympathetic to students, especially regulars. The only thing that doesn't sit right with me is sometimes the staff acts kinda creepy to women who pass by the store, which is surprising considering this is University.
