Went here for lunch on Canada day with some Italian friends. It was perfect as it's not crowded. Of course, who can suggest the best food to try but my Italian friends themselves. So we had the Arancini Siciliano as appetizer, the Italian rice balls was cooked in perfection! ... Crispy outside and so yummy inside with or without the dip. Then came the Ravioli con Aragosta I ordered. Man, I was in love at first sight! Just the way the ravioli looks, my eyes already told me it's delicious. The pasta is stuffed and cut neatly and looked very fresh. And as I taste it, wow, my eyes didn't lie to me! Al dente as it should be, the pasta didn't overpower the umaminess of the lobster. The sauce has the lobster juice that makes it heavenly. Mmmm! My friends had the Duck Confit Gnocchi and Bresaola & Arugula Pizza and they said it was great too! I had a bite each, mmmm, yeah it was yummy too but I'm proud to review my ravioli. Maybe next time I come back and really have the gnocchi and pizza for myself! We ordered the tiramisu for dessert, it was really good but it's not like the traditional tiramisu we know and my friends make. I'm going to visit Italy in Sept and would be looking for these dishes as well. Read more

Came in for dinner with a small group. The service was mediocre at best, felt a bit neglected by the server. We had a selection of cocktails which were tasty. The food was tasty but in my opinion overpriced.

On a cold winters night (-37) two ladies ventured out for dinner because neither of them wanted to cook. Bottega was decided on because of the extensive handcrafted cocktail menu. I was greeted by a friendly face showing both my vax QR code and ID before being seated. The server ... greeted me promptly as I arrived before my girl friend. Huge selection of alcoholic beverages from handcrafted cocktails to wine and spirits. Oh let’s not forget beer if your into that sorta thing haha Food menu was huge. Also they were ok with us making substitutions to our order. My friend got the tortellini with lobster (1st photo). I got the Jack Daniel’s penne (2nd photo). Both of us gushing over how good it was and how we wouldn’t be able to finish it. Let’s just say leftovers were bombbbbbbb! We enjoyed our cocktails as we caught up on life. About 2.5hrs later we asked for the bill. Didn’t feel rushed at all. Enjoyed the banter with our server and other hospitality staff. The music was upbeat and the ambiance was exactly what our girls night needed! We will return, together or with others. So if your thinking about dining here think no more and just do it! P.S A few observations to consider. A reservation would be wise. Ours was for 630pm on a tues. Kinda quiet when we got there. No more than 40 min later the place was busy. It’s a smaller restaurant so it filled up quick. Also give yourself time to find parking as it’s located down a fairly high traffic street. Which I’m assuming if there were an oilers game or an event at Roger’s place you’d be hard pressed to find a spot really close. Read more

Everything was delicious. Had some appetizers to share for a nice lunch. Food was fresh and hot and were good serving sizes. A definite visit again. Restaurant was properly respectful of the social distancing rules and the staff was appropriately geared. Waitress was friendly and ... attentive. Love the new sidewalk patio, its a wonderful touch to the general downtown atmosphere. Read more

Excellent food at reasonable prices, seating could be a bit better like the southside location, felt more like a bar than a restaurant. Ambience was ok. But if you’re here for some good Italian food, this is a good choice. Has the linguine alla vongole and has ... plenty of clams. Friends had lamb shanks, rigatoni and ribeye.
