The lady who served us was extremely friendly and hospitable. Kids love her patience and communication skills. The food was great, and the location is very much prime, being in the downtown vicinity. They have reasonable parking spots

This location is definitely handy in the university area but it lacks a distinct sense of energy in the dining room due to there being no windows. I believe the lounge has windows but the family space does not which definitely makes it feel somewhat depressing. My other half and I used to really like coming to this location because of the service as well as the consistent quality of the food...now we won't be coming back. We ordered our drinks and then waited and waited. Despite the fact it was dead we were not given our ... drinks until the food arrived. The waitress working seemed far more concerned with talking to her friends then serving her tables. The food was fine but the nachos we ordered were short on toppings. When the bill came the waitress seemed huffy that I asked to use up the few dollars we had left on a giftcard and when I paid the balance she didn't bring me back all my change then took off to the back before I'd realized what happened. I almost never fill out surveys at the bottom of receipts but I'll definitely be making a point of doing it this time. I was extremely unimpressed. Read more

Don’t go with a large group. Made the mistake of booking a team dinner at this location. Never again. I had made the reservation for 30-40 people 3 weeks in advance. Our group was only assigned 1 server. She took a drink order to start which then took 30minutes to serve ... everyone. I asked the manager if we could have them take our food order right away as we had an event to be at afterwards. With much attitude I was told no, it would be taken after the drinks were served. Everything was slow. The manager only condescended to help when it was time to pay bills. Go to any other location for a large group. We will not be back. Read more

Been coming here since I was little, the food and drinks are always delicious! Staff is very friendly and welcoming, I never leave unsatisfied! The Bandera bread is one of my favorite snacks- always cheesey and perfectly melted! And who doesn't love some tasty and saucy wings?
