Our experience at the Retro bar left much to be desired. A group of 15 in the private room, neither of the tvs worked, with one stuck on the Quebec weather? All of the food fell short, we had a variety of Asian inspired dishes and the standard 'bar grub'. ... The Asian inspired dishes lacked all of the beautiful robust Asian flavors you would expect. My dish specifically the Beef Brisket on chow mien noodles was just that, a giant bowl of unflavored noodles, steamed broccoli, and for lack of a better description... weird brisket. The best executed plate in that room was the chicken fingers and fries. Our server was not very present at all, did no quality checks on the food and we got a very rushed to get out vibe. I would not recommend this restaurant for its food or service. The only thing that saved our overall experience of the entire casino was the dealers at the black jack tables, they were very personable, up beat and made the gambling portion of our evening very enjoyable. Special shout out to Anna and Shyanne for this. Read more
