Small place with few tables and unimpressive setup. Looks like pick ups and delivery is where they shine. Tried few dishes including samosas and lamb korma and both were good. We always get the buffet because we want to try everything they have. Different kinds of Rice dishes and curries sauces are available to combine. The paneer cheese with vegetables in creamy sauce is rich and delicious and one of my favorites. Chicken in curry sauce is very good. The garlic butter naan bread, ... is delicious and the textures are great. Mini samosas were a delight, nice and crispy on the outside and the filling was absolute comfort food texture and flavor exceeded expectations this time around. Everything is Seasoned well, full and pleasant flavors. Never disappointed when we go and always satisfied if not pleasantly surprised with how good it always is. I felt like Indian food for supper and searched online for a restaurant in Sherwood Park that advertised take-out. I made my selection from the Taste of India Express on-line menu, but only ordered on arrival so that I could confirm that the lamb korma was gluten free. The kitchen ... adjoins the dining area, so it is possible to watch your food being prepared. I did this and the wait time passed very quickly. Best Indian food I ever tried in my life! The texture of the meat dishes were awesome as well as for vegetarian dishes. Had the perfect blend of everything and it tasted like a 5 star restaurant meal. We started by recommending appetizers as well as main course and desert ... options.
