Best new Asian chain

I have been here multiple times and have always received good food and service. The owner is friendly and even gave my daughter a little cake while we were waiting for our order last time we were here.

I'd never been to New Asian Village, but had heard the one on 34ave was great. Stopped in at this location with my husband for dinner. We walked in and I was very confused. Seems to be more of a satellite location/ more of a fast food version? The inside ... was nothing to be desired...A limited menu displayed over a buffet-style set up (about 1/4 of the actual full menu which you can look at in a pamphlet...weird set up). Nothing ready made looked good so we ordered chicken tikka masala fresh. When I paid, I was handed a greasy, dirty debit machine. I actually had to wash my hands after I used it. The tables were dirty and there was food on the walls. The bathroom floor was sticky. I was horrified. I seriously question the cleanliness of this establishment. HOWEVER, we got our food....and it was good! Great portions and taste. I'm still unsure if I'll get sick or not, but if I don't, I'll be awfully conflicted about coming back or not. Hi, we ordered our Anniversary Cake 3 days ago, in hurry i didnt check price and they did not tell us the price of the cake while ordering and they charge $70 for 4 pound cake from us. My husband called them today and generally enquired about the cake price, ... they told us the price for 4 pound cake is $58, and then we told them dat u have given us the same for $70. Whoever was on the phone changed their words *we thought its somebody who is known to us thats why we said $58 but its 72 $dollars* The guy was so rude and very unprofessional and said we can't return u money, do whatever u want. We said we are not going to order anything from your shop and he simply told us "thats fine" and hang up the phone. Pathetic customer service.
