It's simply a couple guys working out of a trailer in the Mall parking lot. Its similar to Marble Slab except they use a scraper to make rolls out of your ice cream and put them into a cup. 2 mix-ins included. This ice cream vendor has become an Edmonton landmark, Ice cream is crafted before your eyes, various amazing flavours, delicious and fulfilling. The guys helped us and my kids were so friendly and nice. a must try if you are in Edmonton.

We brought my daughter and her friends, and as busy as this place is… The two gentlemen Bilal and Benny had the best customer service. Probably the best ice cream in Edmonton as far as I'm concerned. I went with the family, we all got different flavours we none of us was left disappointed. In fact, we came back the next for more! Move over Dairy Queen and Marble Slab, Scoop n Roll is here to take over!!! I wish they had their own restaurant instead of food truck that's my only complaint...we were very fortunate that we came earlier in the day 3pm sharp and was the first people in the line! ... It was pretty neat experience to see your ice cream made with cream on a slab!!! You can tell they take pride in their product and when you want strawberries they're actually fresh strawberries! The price was very reasonable and the serving was generous!!! My wife had vanilla and strawberries and a premium topping of Ferrero Rocher...she said " it was the best ice cream she has EVER had in her life" I would have to AGREE!!!
