Terrible service. Terrible amount for pricing. False advertising in store. All the pictures show ice cream cones with icecream piled 1 good scoop over the cone. But lady weighs all servings of 1 tiny scoop, and then puts the ice cream in the cones which is barely any ice cream ... at all. You're paying 10$ for just a free sample size amount of ice cream. The cooling trays weren't set to the right temperature. Trays were mislabeled. If you say anything, the lady might give you another tiny scoop without charging you. The small cone and regular cones are practically the same size. Overall, I felt like they are nothing more than a scam. I can purchase the same flavours at certain retail stores and get way more for less than this place charges. Avoid like the plague. Read more

The service here is a hit or miss but there is one particular worker that makes every trip here very unwelcoming. She seems to always be working here, white short girl and always with a ponytail. She looks like shes probably in her early 20’s. Anyways, every time we visit ... here and see her, i just know the service is going to be awful. Not welcoming at all, not very friendly and she looks like she absolutely hates working here— i mean at least fake it and don’t take it out on the customers. There is also one worker that goes above and beyond and i always make sure he gets tipped, he seems to be a highschooler, black kid and always welcomes us with a smile- and when there’s extra ice cream left over he always makes sure to give us the extra! The girl on the other hand, one time did wayy too much ice cream scoop and just trashed the rest instead of giving it to us, talk about waste!!! And it is NOT the first time. Why do you have to be so stingy about the left over ice cream, i mean you always scoop way too much so you might as well give the rest to the customer instead of throwing it out to the side and wasting this branch’s money on how much ice cream you trash (i would not be complaining about this if it was only one time but it is ALL THE TIME). Anyways i don't want to get any more specific or this review would be even longer. Yesterday, me and my friend went to Marble Slab and we we were a bit skeptical at first. However, the customer service turned out to be phonemonal. We went around 7:00 P.M. and one awesome worker, in particular, made the trip 10000x worth it. Diana was so kind, knowledgeable, friendly, ... and sweet. She had the best smile and an excellent/professional workplace demeanor. 20/10 experience! Definitely recommend THIS Marble Slab and definitely coming back!! Read more

Really unimpressed with this location. I called to order a custom birthday cake over the phone (at 2 pm on a weekday) and the immediate response by the employee was: "can you just go online and order it?". I would understand being asked to hold or call back at a more ... convenient time for cake orders, but this customer service was horrible. The online ordering system only allows you to select a single flavour of ice cream with 2 mix-ins. So frustrating as there isn't an option to write notes or further customations beyond the limited options on the website. Shaking my head and trying a different location. Read more

This chain has gone downhill for sure. Each time I come the experiences are worse. The sizing is ridiculous for the price (I get costs are rising but wow). The toppings were less than fresh, marshmallows were hard. Sadly we need to find a new icecream stop. $9.02 for a ... medium size cup of Rocky Road that I am pretty sure used to be a small size.
