Wonderful staff at this store! We walked in, surprising the "new girl" on her first day. We could see her getting a little bit overwhelmed, so we slowed right down, and walked her through what the 4 year old liked, and then the 7 year old, and that's where her co-worker ... came in from running a very quick errand, and was able to help out. This is when another 2 families walked in, so she had great timing :) Even though it was her first day, she handled it like a champ, an we gave a nice tip to show that we understood completely what she was going through. The lady behind the counter was nice, however the flavors weren’t my favorite.. too “milky” .. I guess not the ice cream that I enjoy.. but the store was over all ok.

they are good in customer service. i ordered ice cream cake and when i arrived to pick it up, they already know what i am picking up. very polite staff and ice cream cake is delicious!

Review for location: 4/5 - Staff is friendly, at least the times i went there. - prepared properly and patient with customers usually. - easy to locate and prices are good. Especially with the "daily specials" Review for company as a whole: 3/5 - The specials were nice but heard they got taken away from a ... few locations around the city. This ice cream is already expensive enough. - for the locations that get the specials (especially thursday sales on litre pints) they are way understocked to encourage any diversity in your purchase. Other locations should offer maybe an inventory trade or stock the location better for anticipation for these events. Read more

This place is really good. The employees working there on the night shift were super friendly and talkative. We were all in a large group (about 12) and everyone loved it. The portions were about average size. Best part about it was unlimited mix ins. That was something that killed ... cold stone for me. Only one of our 12 orders was wrong and when my buddy went up and told the employee he immediately apologized and fixed the order. The ice cream was so creamy and delicious that I swear I've never had ice cream like this before. Definitely coming back. Read more
