Placed an order via their app 90 minutes prior to delivery time. Wanted to make an adjustment and couldn't on the app, was directed to call the store to adjust but nobody picked up the 5 times I called between 10:35am and when the order was picked up. When I ... finally got a hold of the store they offered to make it right, unfortunately it was too late as order was already delivered (to wrong location, but that was the Uber drivers fault) and replacement would have arrived outside of when it was required. The high impact acai, was sour. Its not as good and consistently made good like other locations. She blamed it on the raspberries and didn’t even replace the smoothies. Not coming back again on this location.

I’m a regular at this Booster Juice location because I can always count on the quality to be consistent. The staff are friendly and efficient, which adds to the overall positive experience. My only gripe is that the prices could be more affordable. While the taste and freshness are worth ... it, I wish I could indulge in their delicious smoothies more often without breaking the bank. Was really busy this morning and only one girl on but she was organized and rocked it! I had to wait for 10 min to even order but she was able to get everyone in and out as quickly as she could. She was really moving. A ... coworker finally came in and he was less than enthusiastic and moved much slower. Almost felt like it slowed her down. Food was good and my booster was great. This is the very first Booster Juice location ever, and I’m glad to say the experience was great. The staff here were knowledgeable, patient and quick. Service was great and my juice was made with all actual juiced fruit... not box juice like other locations.
